consistent service genuine warmth meticulous care
the staff surprised me with consistent service and genuine warmth. the housekeeping team, including aakash and gorak, maintained perfect cleanliness. i found it worthwhile to stay where every aspect of hospitality is meticulously cared for.
check-in took a long time , nivedita could not find my reservation quickly.

the buffet breakfast offered many choices. the room was very spacious. the location near the airport was convenient for my travel.
the bathroom doors lacked a lock. kerosene smell was noticeable upon entering the premises. i found the restaurants to be overpriced.

beautiful place quality service really good food
the hotel is a beautiful place, and i experienced high-quality service from everyone. the staff were prompt with all the help i asked for. i enjoyed the breakfast and found the food and service from the staff really good.
I expected the pool i saw from my room to be available, but it was designated for residents and not hotel guests. This caused some initial confusion.
